All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars & postage charges are to be added. We use Australia Post Services & all items are posted via registered or express mail within Australia & Airmail for all international orders, taking approximately 3-10 working days to arrive.

All credit card payments are processed via PayPals secure website. Australian residents also have the option of paying with an Australian money order,bank cheque or direct bank deposit.

Shipping
Most orders ship within 5-7 business days . We ship using Australia Post, express post or registered parcel post within Australia & Air Mail for international orders.
Gift wrap and inclosure notes/cards are also available upon request. Please make notes to any of these options in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION section of the order form.

Australia have a flat shipping rate of $6.95. For orders outside
Australia you will be quoted postage price before purchasing.
Special Orders
See a design you like, but would like a different color scheme, pattern, or size? We would love to take on any new challenge. Email us with your request. Include photos or colour swatches if you would like us to match a look or feel you already are using. Please include your phone number in your email so that we may discuss the possibilities with you.
Hand Crafted
Keep in mind that sewing is an art, a craft. There is no science and we do not run a sweatshop with little faeries running around sewing in the night. We do not measure with laser beams or cut with giant machines. Each item is handmade with love and care. Imperfections are inevitable in this style of work. We aim to keep these to a minimum and not impede on the look or durability of the item.
Payments
Payment options are Paypal, Direct Bank Deposit, Money order or Bank cheque all details are included on your invoice.
Our transactions are processed through PayPal. It is a secure, fast, and widely used payment processing system. You may use PayPal to pay with a credit card, bank transfer, or e-check. When you make a purchase, PayPal will walk you through the steps to complete your transaction. LAYBY
We offer a layby service for orders totalling $50 or more excluding postage. Terms & Conditions for layby are: 20% deposit to be paid when order is placed. Layby term is 8 wks ONLY. Regular payments to be made, cancellation of layby results in the forfeit of deposit, any other money paid will be returned to customer. No products will be sent before layby is complete, laybys cannot be split apart.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with any item you receive from Bubs-bibs-n-burps, please return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping. Special order items may be returned within 14 days with a refund less a 20% restocking fee and shipping.

Other Embroidery
I have been asked if I will embroider & supply items other than you can see here. The answer is yes I will. Email your requests to me & I will send you a detailed quote for what you are after. Examples are T-shirts, towels, hats etc. Your business logo, name or staff members name can be embroidered. I can supply the whole item or just the embroidery I will work with you to get what you want. Some business's I have done unique work for are:
